1. Plėtoti ir stiprinti Baltarusijos savivaldos mechanizmus
2. Plėtoti pilietinį dalyvavimą Baltarusijos vietos lygmenyje

The NGO Sustainability Index is an initiative of the USAID‘s Bureau for Europe and Eurasia. The Index has therefore been developed for Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia. The publication has been annually published by the. The NGO Index is a qualitative and comparative analysis of the status of the NGO sector in the concerned countries based on the following seven criteria: legal environment, organizational capacity, financial viability, advocacy, service provision, infrastructure, and public image. The Index has been developed at the end of a year, annually. The 2009 Index will be the thirteenth edition of the publication.

Goal of the Project – to concentrate local communities for the work with children and families with the aim of improvement of conditions for overall and healthy development of children in Lithuania.
